We are proud to announce that TRAC will once again be a silver partner of the outstanding Engineer of the Year event – for the fourth consecutive year! The event is part of the Inženirke in inženirji bomo! (We Will Be Engineers!) initiative, co-organized by IRT3000 magazine and Mediade d.o.o.
The Female Engineer of the Year selection addresses the issue of the ‘invisibility’ of female engineers in society. In Slovenia, women make up only one-third of all students enrolled in STEM studies. This event aims to recognize and promote women working in engineering professions and to encourage young girls to consider careers in technical fields. Through this project, the organizers raise awareness about the importance of engineering for society and actively challenge gender stereotypes in technical professions.
