TRAC Blister tester BT100
The Blister Tester or BT100 is used to test for the cohesion of packed strips, blisters and small sachets containing tablets, granulates, and so on. The instrument is used to test the quality of the packaging process and to check that the seals enclosing the product are perfectly intact. The BT100 locates the smallest holes and imperfections in blister packs and other semi-rigid product packaging. The BT100 is widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry for checking strips and blisters containing tablets and capsules. The BT100 can also be used in other industries requiring intact seals in such packages.
