The TRAC automation systems can be found in different production units of the Oral Solid Dosages (OSD) manufacturing process, such as dosing, solution preparation, fluid bed dryers (FBD), high shear mixers (HSM), mobile and fixed reactors and coating machines.
The automation systems are comprised of different automation components, which include recipe and reporting management (PDBM), process control and monitoring (PLC level), and visualization of the process flow and its statuses (SCADA level).
