At TRAC, we made a commitment years ago to promote engineering professions and inspire young people towards technology. As part of this initiative, we regularly collaborate with educational institutions, provide practical training, and offer student and pupil work opportunities. We understand the importance of intergenerational cooperation and greatly appreciate the contributions that young generations bring every time we work with them. Therefore, we gladly respond to invitations from schools and universities.
This year, we participated in the Career Day at the Novo Mesto School Center in March and the Automation Days at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in April. At both events, we presented our company, inspired young people towards automation, and met many ambitious young individuals.
Such events provide an excellent opportunity for networking and building connections, which is crucial for strengthening the ties between the economy and educational institutions. Following these successful events, we look to the future with even greater optimism, recognizing that it will be shaped by young, ambitious engineers. We believe that these gatherings are essential for inspiring the next generation of engineers and establishing solid foundations for future collaboration.
