Simon has been an important part of our team for 22 years. During this time, his expertise, dedication, and deep understanding of customer needs have significantly contributed to the development of our company, which is today recognized for high‑quality, reliable, and rational solutions in the field of production process automation.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous projects and ensured their effective execution, built and maintained long‑term relationships with clients, and mentored colleagues, students, and trainees.
In addition to his professional work, Simon is also active in the sports community, where he coaches young football players. As a coach, he builds teams on the foundations of collaboration, patience, and individual development. The values he lives on the field form a strong basis for his new role as well.
Simon’s appointment represents an important step in strengthening our organizational structure. We believe that his knowledge, experience, and leadership approach will make a meaningful contribution to the company’s continued success.
